I can provide administrative support for your office and/or business to the same level as that of an in-house PA or Office Manager.  Because you pay only for the service time you use, you can receive this level of service at a fraction of the cost of a full time assistant.

Audio Transcription & Typing Services

I can transcribe your recordings from various formats including mobile phone recordings.

Email Management

I can co-ordinate access to your email inbox, for example when you might be on holiday, and I can also set up email access so that I can present myself as if I am an employee of your business so that I can respond to emails on your behalf in a professional manner

Invoicing & Credit Control

Ad Hoc Invoicing – simply send the details through to me as and when you complete a job or I can coordinate access to your online invoicing portal if you have one.  I can create an invoice, using your business template, and send it back to you. I can print and post directly if you wish.

Regular Invoicing – I can provide an invoicing service for you clients on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis using the process mentioned above.

Credit Control – every month you can send me a list of outstanding invoices, with details of how long payments have been outstanding.  I can contact each debtor individually with a polite email followed by a telephone call.
